De Aerospatial/Bac Concorde. Het supersonische vliegtuig is ontstaan uit een Frans/Brits samenwerkingsverband. Het is een middelgroot type met een deltavleugel en een slanke romp. Het aerodynamische voorste deel van de romp heeft een neerhangende neus zodat de bemanning voldoende uitzicht heeft voor start en landing. De maximale snelheid is 2333 km per uur. Het eerste prototype vloog in maart 1969.

The Aerospatial/Bac Concorde. This supersonic airplane is developed by a Anglo/French partnership. It is mid-size airplane with a delta-wing shaped body and a sleek hull. The aerodynamic front section of the plane has a drooping nose. This gives a better view for the pilots when taking off and landing. The maximum speed is 2333 km per hour. The first prototype was operating in march 1969.
